We recently sat down with the General Manager of The Leaf, Paul Cotterell, to discuss what to expect at The Leaf.
Who will greet you at The Leaf?
You never get a second chance to make a first impression, so the first point of contact is extremely important. At The Leaf, our friendly front desk concierge will guide you through the process of checking into our system. From there, you’ll be escorted into our gorgeous showroom by one of our hosts/hostesses, who will be able to answer initial questions and tend to your needs while you’re waiting for one of our Cannabis Consultants.
Speaking of waiting, how long should you expect to wait to see a Cannabis Consultant?
The short answer is, not very long. But it’s something that will vary depending on the time of year and peak hours, but ultimately I don’t expect it to be very long because of the expertise of our staff. During non-peak hours there should be very little if any wait time involved. Peak-hour clients could experience a 10-to-15 minute wait time.
What kind of personal attention will clients receive at The Leaf?
Our highly knowledgeable staff has been trained to educate each client and connect them with the products that make the most sense for their needs. Our Cannabis Consultants are extremely well versed when it comes to explaining the benefits of cannabis — whether it be for medicinal, therapeutic, or recreational use.
The Leaf is completely in line with the high level of customer service you’ve come to expect on El Paseo. It’s important that our clients always feel that their needs are our top priority.
Will The Leaf offer a delivery service? Can you place order online?
Our full delivery service is another important differentiator. Clients will be able to utilize this service soon after our Grand Opening [expected in late February], and the delivery service will extend throughout the Coachella Valley. We’ll offer a will call feature for those who prefer to place orders online and pick-up, as well as express check-out.
